Rarely eat a pud per se, sorry - but tonight it will be fresh raspberries, with a sliver of Carte d'Or vanilla. Or fresh strawbs ditto.

I make a sugar free jelly with barely half a pint of water, let it cool and whip in yoghurt then add frozen berries so it sets almost at once.

could i ask you lovely ppl what you do for pudding at mealtimes?
A couple of tablespoons of soya yogurt (sugar free), with some blackberries and chia seeds. Delicious.

I often have blueberries with a dessert spoon of Fage yogurt.

Usually berries and cream or Yoghurt with berries or seeds. Sugarfree Jelly with added fruit. Occasionally a crumble made with almond flour instead of flour or Quark desert.
