Evening all. Tried these Sweet Potato Wraps today and was very impressed. They are called BFREE Wheat and Gluten Free Sweet Potato Wraps and come in a six pack. Each 42G wrap is 17.5 carbs and 95 cals. Pretty tasty too. Got them from Tesco in Free From section. Worth a go
 
Our Tesco hasn't got them.:(
 
Hi David. Normal after meals readings with no big spike. Great. Filling was ham, lettuce, cheese, tomato with light mayo. Yummy
 
What a bummer Mark. Ours has just done a new section plan and bought a pile of new things in and these are part of it. They are actually really tasty
 
I'll check again at the weekend. Maybe our Tesco are a bit slow.:D
