A DIABETIC has blasted a city council after they spent thousands of pounds hauling him before a court wrongly accusing him of dropping - a CHOCOLATE WRAPPER.
Baffled Ricky Price, 51, was charged with one count of littering when he appeared before JPs.
Wolverhampton Magistrates Court heard the furniture removal worker dropped two pieces of what "looked like a chocolate wrapper" in Wolverhampton city centre on May 4 this year.
But he was found not guilty after the court heard how Mr Price didn't even eat snacks or chocolate - because of his Type 2 diabetes.
