Adjusting pre-blousing by 1 minute!? I had a rise of 2.5mmol post-meal on Tuesday, same timing on Wednesday but a slightly bigger rise of 2.9mmol so yesterday pre-bloused by 1 extra minute and only had a rise of 1.4mmol  as far as I'm aware I was no more energetic than usual doing the dishes afterwards lol x

Yup. Or just that it's a different day, different ambient temperature, different stress levels, different mood, different food, different version of the same food, different injection site... or any one of a million and one other things 🙂

Aye, dinnae fash, there’s no explanation, but certainly nothing to worry about. As Mike says, there’s lots of things that could have caused it, including the Diabetes Fairy. After a decade or so, you’ll just experience these things with a raised eyebrow, a shrug, and move on.🙂
