Welcome to the forum
Perhaps you could share your long story and give some idea of what you are struggling with. How do you manage your Type 2, what meds and dietary regime do you adopt. What is your latest HbA1C as that information will help people make appropriate suggestions.
There are many years of experience here and many will have similar issues so ask any questions you have.

Welcome to the forum @GeordieBoy

Well done on 23 years of blood glucose juggling!

How have things been going? Have you had many changes in your diabetes management over the years? Do you take any medication to help you with your BG levels? And what changes have you found to be effective for you when it comes to food?
