My doctor told me to come off all supplements whilst on Metformin. Does anyone know if it's okay to take evening oil of primrose and B vitamins?

Donna 🙂

I've heard Evening Primrose is a bad idea when on some diabetic meds, including Metformin. I don't think Vitamin B should be a problem though. I take a multi-vitamin every day which includes all the essential vitamins and minerals, I did ask the doctor if it was OK and was told it should be fine.
