Hi everyone I bought a probiotic supplement recently as I'm Type 2 and fed up with being bloated and looking pregnant all the time. But I don't know if it's safe to take with Metformin, Dapaglifloxin and Mounjaro. Any advice greatly appreciated xIMG_20250205_203649.jpg

I can't quite make out the text as it is a bit fuzzy but I wouldn't have thought it would be a problem. Your bloating could be a side effect of the metformin as some people do find that a issue.
The other thing you could try would be probiotic yoghurt i.e. that with live cultures to rebalance your gut flora. I can't see those included in the supplement.
You could also look at your diet to see if you are still eating too many carbohydrates as when they are metabolised then gas can be produced and may cause the bloating.
Although with the medication you are taking very low carb is not recommended somewhere around 130g per day is usually ok for people.
Have a look at this link for some ideas for making changes to your diet, you can compare to what you currently are doing.

Best thing I've found for bloating/IBS symptoms in general is Rheal's 'Gut Feel' powder.

Absolutely brilliant, had no issues in the 6 months I've been using it.

Stopping Metformin was a great relief for me.

If you’re not sure then don’t buy or take it. We can’t give medical advice so can’t tell you whether or not it’s safe.

I think Gail’s suggestion is a really good one @LR1970

The qualified pharmacist in your High St Chemists should be able to tell you if there are any known interactions between the meds you are taking and the ingredients in the supplement.

But it would seem wise to stop taking it until you’ve been able to ask someone qualified, given the discomfort you’ve been experiencing. :(
