Hmmm, a lovely vegetable broth full of potatoes, and yam and other good stuff.
Perfect, especially after an afternoon tidying up the front garden

Now a sharon fruit, plum and a mango to boot.......lovely

If i was your neighbour I would be in yours like a shot MMMM 🙂

Sounds tasty Rustee, but that's quite a lot of carbs - are you sure your body can cope well with it all i.e. have you tried testing your blood sugar levels and hour and two hours after eating?

I have never tested. I tried once....disaster. Then when I told my GP, she looked at me funnily and asked me why did I get the machine. She said to me "there is no need for you to test, just concentrate on losing weight". With regards to the food, according to the book I read and following, the problem is not really carbs but FAT. I hardly eat any meat. My Blood sugars have been going down, the last reading it was in the normal range. I think it's OK. I just keep myself as active as I can. I was given Xenical to help me lose weight......NO THANKS!
