Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
Hello,
Just found this site, although I have often looked at the main Diabetes Uk site, never found this before, must get eyes checked again!

Have been type 2 for a couple of years, I started with only diet control, but then moved onto tablets, but my GP has now told me that it is getting out of control, which I suppose is why I was looking at websites again, looking for some answers, and now means even more tablets. I am now going to have to try and get weight and exercise plans into action!😱

hello and welcome 🙂

Hi charabanc and welcome!🙂 It's not easy finding us on DUK's website - a current bone of contention! But, glad you found us despite their 'hide-the-link' game!

Welcome Charabanc. You have come to the right place!

Sorry to hear that you are getting a bit worse - you will find there is a lot of positive info on this site and plenty of encouragement. Welcome to the "trying to exercise and diet" club
