Hi folks,
So after retiring from rugby last April, it was predictable that I would end up back playing. I love it, and I as careful as anyone can be while playing. And a few of those closest to me, who love me most have spoken to me about returning to it and not my teammates who are biased
I haven't ran since April 7th, and no cardio other than some squats, gardening and hovering. So we will see 😱
New boots ordered and arrived.
Suggestions please on patches / stickers for omnipods that you or others have used. I have a few of the insulet samples, which I don't rate, and they are the more expensive of the lot.
Because I now have less sites I can use with my stomach now out of use and the pod needing to be on the same side of my pump, I want to keep my pods secure (the 5s for me seem to be less sticky and reliable), never lost a dash during a match and only 1 during training which was already very loose. I am sure it will be the same as the vet wrap, I wore that for a season, then realised it was only really very wet muddy (sandy) matches that posed any risk to my libre. I had about a season with the dash and it never even got wet.
Thanks
