Hi everyone...

Now, I know we shouldn't eat too many sugar-free sweets because of the effects, but how many is too many???

I bought some sugar-free rhubarb and custard boiled sweets last week and after eating 3....well, I'll just leave it at that 😡

I knew I couldn't eat loads, but just 3??? does that sounds right????

And what exactly is it in them that we should be careful of??

Thanks all 🙂

I think its one of those ........ what might be too many for you might be tolerated by someone else ,i always take it easy till i know how many i can tolerate but the sugarfree mints do thatto me after a couple and the belly ache oucchhhhh 😱
