SUGAR FREE LONDONER RECIPES

Can anyone recommend any of the Sugar Free Londoner recipes? I've had a look at the site and it all looks good. I tend to be more of a savoury person, so would appreciate savoury recipes as opposed to sweet. Thanks.

I've do make a few of her cookie recipes, they are very easy and nice. Don't tend to make too much savoury stuff, sorry.
Egg bites/egg muffins are a good low carb choice, as you can add any ingredients you like, eg: salmon and broccoli, chicken and ham, cheese and tomato, etc, etc. You can make them in batches, using a 12 cupcake baking tray, they will last couple of days in the fridge or you can freeze them and they can be eaten hot or cold. Cheers

Think I' ve done her Turnip Fries recipes, which you can also use Swede too.
I did low carb pizza once too, which may have been hers, using celeriac thinly sliced as the base, so no dough, then adding various layers of cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, ham, etc, all done in an air fryer.

Thank you for replying to my query. To be honest I expected to receive lots of wonderful recipes from members, so a little disappointed that I received so few. I've been pre-diabetic for several years now, and follow the principles of the Keto diet to keep it in check. But I'm not always good! I remember trying the turnips and swede fries a while back, but could not stand the taste. The low carb pizza sounds interesting, and I may try that. Best wishes.

It is difficult for people to recommend particular recipes as tastes are different so what one person finds delicious somebody else will hate as you found yourself with the swede and turnip fries.
If you start with meals you already make and make some substitutions for any high carb ingredients that may be a good start or just put a google search for low carb recipe with whatever foods you want to use.
I came across a recipe for a quiche using a tortilla wrap for the case rather than pastry and looked easy.
Omelettes are always good options or stir fry, I do a stir fry satay with meat, veg whatever peanut butter, soy sauce and chilli to taste, quick and easy.
I do pasta dishes using black bean or edamame bean pasta or noodles as they are low carb.

Thank you Leadinglights for the sound advice. I purchase Low carb wraps and have used them as a base for a pizza. Also cut them into small triangular shapes, sprinkled cheese over them, put them into the air fryer for a short spell, and hey presto nachos!

I cut my wraps into triangles and put them under the grill (without cheese) as I have no space for an airfryer.
They are great for any dips or a chilli and don't suffer from the usual saltiness of regular Nachos. Or, if you want the saltiness you can set it as you want.

I find her hit and miss
Some things are nice but other things have gone in the bin after one mouthful

I enjoy substitutes for the sweet things I no longer eat and find her recipes good but with occasional dryness. For savoury dishes, the Fast 800 recipe book is a great source for me. The salmon with broccoli is wonderful and the curries are also very good.
The BBC Good Food site also has some low carb/keto type recipes which are nice, the savoury ones to try are the curries.
