I have just returned from seeing the Dr to get my results after three months. My HbA1c has dropped from 85 to 46. I also have improved my platelets from 91 to 154 and my hypothyroid problem has improved. So no medication for the diabetes! This is down to getting good advice from this forum and encouragement when I needed it. I am following a low carbohydrate diet, and exercise. The doctor, who maintained that it was not possible, is visibly impressed. Thank you all for your help and support. I am very happy and hope that you will all have a good Christmas and New Year.:D
