2.1 before lunch, which like northes crept up on me like a ninja. So treated accordingly and had lunch. Added an extra unit to compensate for the bouceback but nope, bouceback happened :/

((((hugs)))) ... Nathan was exactly the same yesterday .... its a total pain when this happens ... Nath felt crap when low .. and worse when shot up to 19 ... ooops😡 ..

Well, I didn't have a bounceback - I was 5.8 before tea - but I have a horrid hypo headache! Grr!
