stupid high out of nowhere

Just checked my sugars, 24.8. I've been feeling pretty rough all morning but had very little to eat at lunch. So where has this high come from? Just what I need before having to head away eh? As if travellings not gunna be stressful enough without this. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

I hate you diabetes. Go away and die 😡

It could be partly due to stress, and I don't doubt that's a result of all the aches and pains you've been suffering from lately. I hope your BGL has come down now and you're on your way to a lovely Christmas break. You deserve it.
