Stupid blood sugar!

Tested around 8:30 and I was 11.2 By 10:30 this had come down to 4.4 so I had some cheese on toast to see me through the night. Feeling a bit low half an hour later - I'm 3.0! 🙄

Don't know how I managed to drop from 4.4 to 3.0 in half an hour - it was over 5 hours after injecting! Hope the JBs work for you 🙂

I've dropped from 6 to 3 on consecutive Tuesday afternoons at same time of driving home, on two occasions, within half an hour, there's no rhyme or reason, except I now need to top up the jbs as I'm babbling like the rain outside😱

What time did you get to bed in the end. Being an early riser (up by 4.30-5am most days) 6am seems quite late.
