There is a great big black dog that hangs round K most days, despite us having 3 'ferocious attack cats'😉, so we have some idea of how you are feeling. I can only suggest getting out of the house if you can bear to, perhaps going for a walk? You will know what helps chase away your own blues - but if you need a good cry or scream - go for it - you can always pretend you saw a spider if the neighbours hear!
