stress and me..! help please...!

Hi every body..!
sorry that I have not been on lately but a lot has been happing in my life...! to cut a very long story short due to money and other problems I have, I've not been feeling to good lately..! but I don't know if it is just life..? or my diabetes..? I do have two part time jobs now but I've been feeling very tired lately I cycle to both jobs and by the end of the day my whole body just ache's
and have been having lots of headache's too..! can life's problems cause this type of reaction...! or should I have a word with the doc..? I don't want to go on pills if I can help it I do hope that you can see what I'm talking about sorry if it sounds a bit all over the place but hope you can get my drift any way please do let me know what you think..?

Are you able to test your blood glucose levels at all pinky? If would be worth getting a meter if you don't have one, as they usually come with a few strips and you could find out what your levels are when you feel this way. If you're under a lot of stress then adrenalin can make you feel this way, and can also raise your levels.

I think you need to get to the bottom of it and see your doctor - you can't go on feeling this way, and it may be unrelated to your diabetes.
