Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
Hi
I posted in April about my experience not being positive with my local GP practice after being diagnosed type 2 and 76 level.

I finally saw my usual doc and decided to go for dramatic weight less to kick start my system.
Over the last 3 months shed just over 10kgs whilst maintaining muscle tone using a cross trainer every other day.
Didn't use any protein shakes just counted calories and used a lot of chicken stir fries and salads.

My blood test came back at 40 today and my bp has improved quite a substantially so very happy.
So to everyone who has type2 it doesn't mean you can't improve your condition. My doc has been brilliant and has been available should help be needed so always check with your own GP as this diet is very hard on your system.

On cloud 9 today.

Congratulations! That’s really impressive.
