Stopped smoking, now can't stop eating

it's been two months since I stopped smoking, but the munchies really get the better of me at 9pm. Toast and peanut butter and a packet of crisps most nights, I know this isn't good but it's sooo nice. I'm fine all day although last week had a hypo completely out of no where I'm thinking it was the heat, during the day my bg is fine 4.5 on average. So why can't I have this control in the evenings..... anyways I'm asking if anyone has any suitable snack suggests for that time of night

What about some wee baby bells or a wee drop nuts. But oh does the toast and peanut butter sound good
 
I eat peanut butter on toast. I use Whole Earth crunchy peanut butter which is less than 8grms of carbs per 100grms and Burgen bread which is about 11 grams of carbs per slice. I also snack on Babybels like @Carolg and boiled eggs. Just be aware if you're trying to loose weight as peanut butter is quite calorific. Good on you for giving up smoking though.
 
Congratulations on your giving up smoking @Becky1984. A snack around 9pm is perfectly OK. Could you have either toast or crisis, but not both?
 
Cheese, cold meats and Brazil nuts! Welldone for giving up the smokes.
 
I can't stop eating and I didn't even smoke in the first place. :confused:
