it's been two months since I stopped smoking, but the munchies really get the better of me at 9pm. Toast and peanut butter and a packet of crisps most nights, I know this isn't good but it's sooo nice. I'm fine all day although last week had a hypo completely out of no where I'm thinking it was the heat, during the day my bg is fine 4.5 on average. So why can't I have this control in the evenings..... anyways I'm asking if anyone has any suitable snack suggests for that time of night
