I'm writing to share to you a small achievement. It's a month or so that I have stayed away and stopped to buy and drink artificially sweetened drinks.
I take plain old carbonated water, or when I feel I make a tea or an hibiscus, or a mint hot beverage. In these I put some Stevia. In coffee I stay on unsweetened espresso.

Having decided that I look like a nerd with strange habits, I could also drink water at parties, and if it's possible only one glass of really good wine. If someone judges me, it's not my problem, and anyway I'm judged anyway...

Well done Mike! 🙂 Who cares what other people think, what you think is what's important! 🙂

Good on you Mike. You do what it takes to deal with this thing going while getting on with your life. As long as you care about yourself dont worry about what anyone thinks. Good stuff

Well done mike.i was drinking at least a litre of regular coke a day.changed to sugar free and reducing bit by bit.still can't give up the Carling on a Saturday night though.
