The Telegraph strikes again in this pointless article where a person without diabetes wears a CGM to agonise over how her digestion works
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/health-...acker-two-weeks-bad-news-favourite-breakfast/
Honestly, why do they write this drivel when there is a much better story in how CGMs are still being denied by the NHS to those that need them?
Also quite unethical to have a journalist basically lie to get a CGM without VAT (implied in article)
Then to ice the cake - journalist trots out ‘eating sugar causes diabetes’ cliche
My eyes nearly rolled out of head.

A journalist with a functioning pancreas reports PERFECTLY NORMAL blood sugar. And does not do us 'sufferers' the courtesy of understanding basics of diabetes, or indeed of reading a libre graph (that 'unexplained' low at night is probably a compression low, not one of the 'spikes' are spikes, ALL are normal). FFS.

https://diabetogenic.blog has a far more elegant response to this nonsense than I can muster.

What else do you expect from The Telegraph, apart from having the easiest crossword ((for the old folk who read it) it is simply the Daily Mail in posh clothes, so mostly drivel from Tory central office.
