My nephew. He is in his thirties now but, due to his autism, holidaying with him is a bit like trying to keep a child entertained, which can be a little tiring. At the Sea Life Centre we saw a couple of disabled adults who were in a much worse condition than Mike and made me feel that, yes some other people have it much worse.
I'm now on the verge of a twelve day run of hitting step targets but have been cheating slightly. On another post I mentioned that I bought a new wristwatch. So currently, every time that I hit the target, I take off the Garmin and wear my new watch. As a consequence the target doesn't increase by as much and is easier to hit.
