Tomorrow I'm thinking either steak and frites or steak tartare with frites, will there be a difference or do I count it as them same calories/carbs?

If its the same ingredients for both then it would be the same but if ingredients differ they will be different x

One's cooked, the other is raw, with added egg seasoning and some herbs (I forget exactly what) so exactly the same carb value as the cooked steak - ie NIL since it's all protein, nowt else! Only the frites have carbs since chips = spud whatever language they speak.
