Hi all,

Am feeling totally exhuasted atm!!! I can't figure out why other than levels were very unsteady alllll last week (time of the month am working on sorting this) and have been back to normal the last two days - end result...I'M KNACKERED!!!

Surely good levels should make me feel healthy and energetic, I'm pooped!

I feel knackered round that time of the month too when everything is running rampant. How well are you sleeping? That could play a part. You will probably feel better in a day or two.

when my levels were erratic I felt ok and during time of the month, now its all back on track, that's when the tiredness has set in, makes no sense to me! I am sleeping really well thank god, and having a lot of it! Just doesn't make sense.

if it continues and you are worried, maybe worth having a chat to your GP or DSN
