I have noticed my morning sugars increasing despite by lunch they are usual figures and again up at night.
I am thinking does Ibuprofen change blood sugars ? Or does the pain I get at these times change it ?
What can I do to change this? Its now in the 8’s in the morning when it was in the 7’s and I really want to keep it going lower.

I thought ibuprofen wasn’t recommended for us diabetics because it can impact metformin, kidney function and sugar levels?

I too was told not to take Ibuprofen, just use paracetemol as a pain killer

Usually if i can get to sleep without it I do but I was sore last night.

I cannot take paracetamol because like Metformin I am allergic to it . I knew at least paracetamol was however I noticed last time they did put metformin on the allergy list too
