Bad science is when we are not allowed to challenge it or even worse, when we are not allowed to ask valid questions.

Not heard of this chap before. He certainly makes some valid points. One is that any science where human opinion and feelings are involved don't like to move too quickly, be challenged or like to keep an open mind. Kuhn quite rightly says science can move in huge shifts (paradigm shift), but can take decades to be accepted by some humans.

A current example below of how terrified some are of any challenge to science (which is not fixed but ever open to debate).
