Well I went and bought one from Amazon yesterday. Hid it from hubby as he was bound to say something about the mass of kitchen gadgets I have - some of which are, shall we say, not fully utilised! Tomorrow night I'm going to try courgette noodles stir fried with king prawns, garlic, cherry tomatoes, pesto and some lemon and herbs. (OH is away so it can be tested then)

Sounds great except thenprawns. I've done cougette with carrot. Yummy

I look forward to hearing how you get on. I am tempted, but decided that I am going to win the one in Bakance (someone has to)

Yes that one looks like the Rolls Royce model - good luck to all of us trying that competition

Try to get the straightest courgettes you can find. They don't work as well with bent ones.

Couldn't wait until tonight so I did courgettes spag with onion, garlic, cherry tomatoes cooked in olive oil with basil and a tablespoon of Napolina stir-though Puttansca pasta sauce, salt and pepper. Loads of Parmesan on the top. One of the tastiest low carb lunches I've ever had. So please with my ultra sharp pencil sharpener!! This one will get used often.
