I've been having Cheerios for breakfast just lately, the whole grain ones and have found them not only to be very tasty but also they don't spike me!! 🙂
 
Hi, also found same with Millie though didn't expect it, nice to find something that doesn't spike! 🙂
 
Thanks Phil, that is really interesting as we have tended to steer clear of cereal since Dx , will give them a go🙂

No problem....I hope K enjoys them 🙂 I'm not too bad with porridge too....not the microwave sort though!
