Spicy Baked Cauliflower

Hi folk thought I would share this, tried it last night with ham, poached eggs, mushrooms, and new potatoes.

Half a cauliflower cut into florets,

½ tsp ground coriander

½ tsp ground cumin

½ tsp garam masala

1 tsp crushed chille flakes (can be adjusted to taste)

Glug of olive oil (I didn’t measure it)

Parmesan cheese

Mix dry spices together in a pan on low heat, add cauliflower, pour oil on and mix until coated, put in an oven proof dish and bake for 20 minutes. With 5 mins to go grate parmesan over and put back in oven. If you like cauliflower soft you could boil it for a couple of mins prior but I like mine firm. Enjoy, I did.

Sounds very interesting! You could easily mix up the spices to make other flavours - Hmmmmm!:D

I had some from Sainsbury and the cauliflower was too undercooked for me.

I tried some as well and it was rock hard and did not like the taste much. I am sure it would taste a lot nicer made at home
