i saw some last week in a local shop and i think it was 70g carbs for 100g however don't quote me on that i also think garam flour is even less carbs as its made from ground chick peas etc and used in indian cooking alot
Never got around to using mine. It's supposed to be higher in protein and lower in fibre than ordinary flour - but it is just wheat flour. Although it is supposed to require more delicate treatment for making dough as the gluten it produces is more fragile so it can be overkneaded more easily.
I've used Gram flour for making onion bhajees but it's carb count is not much better than flour.
