Hi all. I'm currently reading Dr Michael Moseley's blood sugar diet which is 8 weeks of 800 cals before. I find this tough with food, but have managed before well with shakes etc and have seen this mentioned in here.

I've used the Cambridge died (1:1 diet) before, which were tasty, but expensive and I don't enjoy the jolly consultant interactions.

Exante I've used before but I believe they're now gone?

What's out there now? My favourite from the cambridge diet was choc mint flavour. It was the one I simply never got bored of.

Obviously I'm looking for something that can be a total diet replacement rather than a food supplement.

Thanks for any hints!
