hi, I have become less active due to ME and fibromyalgia for a number of years I seemed to have slept through so much of it. But what also makes exercise harder is when i do walk I end up with sore feet, feeling like it's deep blisters on the balls just next to my toes. It takes a few days to stop hurting so much abc evetuakly goes back to normal.... but it stops me from being able to go for a walk and I hobble round the house like me feet have been cut. It feels warm and inflamed and a bit pink but nothing else to look at. Today's exercise effort has resulted in my shins seizing up too and my feet still hurt so much from yesterday's walk. Even my big toe nails hurt!.... I've experienced this for a long time. I wear very comfortable soft shohes at all times. My feet couldn't stand to wear you're average shop bought shoe. Any thoughts?

Joe sorry I can't offer advice .
Just want to wish you well for days and weeks ahead

Welcome to the forum Joe Rose. Do you have any contact with a chiropodist / podiatrist? If not, it would be good to investigate getting referred.

I think you need to discuss this with your Doctor and see if you can be seen by you local Diabetic foot team.

Hi dr tends to say I'm a complicated case and it could be part of diabetes or fibro and I have to remember to pace myself ......

Hello and welcome to the forum. 🙂 That sounds very painful. :(

Hi Joe. Welcome. I'm thinking a referral to the NHS podiatrists may be helpful.
