A hot drink like tea helps, also nuts and cheese are good. I use light cheese or light cheese triangles to get rid of hunger. A good cooked breakfast helps in the morning too. Eggs are supposed to be very good at filling you up for a long time, I eat them with 1 slice of burgen bread, some mushrooms and cooked tomatoes.

Not that I can speak - I had a big bit of choc cake today, blood sugars are now 14.5 😱

I've taken up eating mini babybels (light) or olives, not sure if the olives are good I did go through a cold meats phase but stopped. Otherwise hot drinks might be a good idea, perhaps options hot chocolate? Its pretty low sugar not sure if that's what you're after.

Yes options is greadt for filling up also made a pudding yesterday of sugar free jelly and v low fat from age frais n splenda blended and left to set, yummy
