We went to visit my father in law today and he surprised me with a gift of a set of scales he had found which give the carbohydrate content of various foods when they are weighed. 😉

Apparently he had asked my husband if he thought I would like them and then went to the shop that had said they were stocking them three times before he managed to get me a set. 😱

I think that's great as he is has recently celebrated his 77th birthday. 😎

Your Father in law sounds like a very caring man. Hope you enjoy using the scales.

lucky you

Your father in law sounds very thoughtful!

The scales also sound useful. Any idea where he bought them?

When I told my outlaws (to be) of my diagnosis they gave me a lecture on being overweight along with a cuppa and large slice of a vic sandwich!
