As usual I am over thinking ( gentle way of saying having a total meltdown). This time is the ticker that’s playing on my mind. I worry about heart health quite a lot, I have high cholesterol just total, ratios are all good. Don’t really eat much fat, thin as a rake, doc’s say it’s probably noting to do with diet and that I should take statins… we decided to give it 3 months for me to get it down. I’ve had pre eclampsia twice and obvs I’m diabetic and have been iron deficient most of my adult life. Not a great combo. Yet I have low blood pressure. My problem is I suffer from exhaustion (probably my ridiculous diet) I’ve been taking my iron and my levels are better but this isn’t getting any better. Well recently I’d say the last 6 weeks my sugars have been getting higher on the same food, but I have noticed the food is having minimal impact but every time I exert any energy (I’m talking hoovering not the 3 peak challenge) they are raising quite a lot. Anybody else get this ?
