It is the opposite for me with type 2 . I can eat but at the risk of high blood sugar.
I do go off the wagon so yea i can eat a chinese but it takes 3 days snd im still not back to goid levels. So can i eat it not really.
I find it hard as I want but have to deprive myself of so much .
i am still not thin.
i really try but the odd time i do go wrong .
No i cannot eat that.
