I make my own soups, so I know what goes into them. I don't use thickening agents, pasta or potato, but puree or part puree the soup to thicken. A serving is 300ml. The quiche is crustless and made with cottage cheese, eggs, onions and what I fancy ie mushrooms, tomatoes, sweetcorn

They all look scrummy @Felinia - who needs carbs with that deliciousness going on! 🙂

Felinia, they look lovely and well set out on your menu, just one question.

Do you deliver? 😉 :D.

!

I just wish I was more of a creative (or even adequate) cook :(

Thanks for all the kind comments. As you can see I love cooking - and food! I've had to tinker with some of the recipes since becoming diabetic. Some of my evening meals below. Ignore the rice, I use cauliflower rice these days. Almost everything is home made and I use my slow cooker a lot. The gammon and cauliflower hotpot is basically cauliflower cheese with gammon pieces, onion and sweetcorn added to the sauce. The lasagne is a standard lasagne made with squash sheets instead of pasta
