I emailed a copy of the bgls to my DSN and her reply was that I seem to have less hypos which is good, but I do appear to have quite a few higher readings. I think they are mainly due to your snacking. Try and stick to a good mealtime ratio.

My emailed explained
- re the snacking I asked her what I asked on the forum about the no insulin for under 10g of carbs so in the email she mistook it that I'm snacking in-between meals all the time to which I told her that I'm definitely not doing that - she understood which is good.
- re the "appear to have quite a few higher readings" she explained that she thought it was unusual for me just lately because I was having quite a few hypos. She also explained that she wasn't criticising about the higher readings.
I asked if I should make any changes with insulin to carb ratios and she said not to make any changes with any of them because she said you'll end up all over the place.
I asked about increasing my tresiba and again she said to leave it alone for the time being
Unless there are any real problems I'm speaking again with her next Friday.
