Yes tracey been a couple of month now, was quite surprised as i was not expecting my doc to even suggest i come off them x

Great achievement. Weight loss can be so difficult.

So ive now been off meds for a couple of months,seems it was the best thing I ever did, ive had great numbers and after my initial 9lb loss which was the reason i was taken off meds, ive now lost a further 4lb in the last 2 weeks,I can say for once im feeling content with my diabetes(if thats ever possible) and my weight....I needed to tell cause I was just bursting with glee LOL.I am also noticing the change with my clothes i bought myself a new belt on Saturday and the hole is now one less on it...

That is just under a stone!!!
I wonder why those meds you were taking could not help you achieve the weight loss especially the injectable ones that are supposed to do that. Weird.Have you altered your eating habits since you came off the meds?
