Well folks, one of my friends and a group of his fellow students from Manchester university have climbed Mount Snowdon to raise money for Diabetes UK. They've set themselves the target of raising one thousand pounds and thus far have made six hundred pounds. Please lend them a hand in achieving their goal. I'm sure sacrificing a pint or three would be appreciated by them

Here are the links to the appropriate Just Giving page and the relevant Facebook group:

Any donation would be great,

Thanks,

Tom

Having just looked at the photos on the Facebook group, I apologies in advance for the somewhat scarring images of my friend in a mankini. Perhaps some of the money raised for DUK could go towards the years of therapy that I will need after seeing those...

Where are you off to for a few days? Hope you have fun. If no one else comes along to respond, I'll try to give it a push up to the top again later.

Doing placements in my home town, I work part time in a pathology lab as part of my uni course.

Perhaps you'd like to start another thread and tell us all about it at the end?

pushing this to the top to give others a chance to look if they want to.

pushing this to the top. I wont be in work tomorrow and don't know if I'll get a chance to give this another push from home.
