Soda Bread

This link suggests it is similar to other breads, if you regard their 'portion' as the same as a slice or ordinary bread, so I would say no advantage really. You'd probably need to try some and test to see how well you tolerate it 🙂
 
No real difference between soda bread and normal bread, soda bread using bicarb as rising agent, normal bread uses yeast. It's quicker to make and easier if you want to do it yourself, in which case you can change which flour is used.
