I went to diabetic clinic today. My sugars were 6.6 and I’ve lost 2kg! I can’t tell you how pleased I am. It makes missing out on the cakes and stuff worthwhile and motivates me to continue. My last level was 21 so I’ve come down quite dramatically and quickly. The nurse said that’s why I’ve got the shakes still and that it would even itself out. I don’t remember posting on a forum for something good so I thought I’d start today. Perhaps my joy will spread to you and help you have a day too! I shall overcome!

Excellent! Feels good, doesn't it?

That’s great. You must be over the moon.

Great news, well done to you and keep it up x

Congratulations on the result. Well done. I've got an HbA1c next Wednesday....

Well done!
As with most subjects, seeing positive achievements gives you a great boost and encouragement

Congratulations. That is a huge reduction in BG and great weight loss. You are right to feel suitably proud of yourself and lovely to read of your success because it is motivational for others.
Keep doing what you are doing. You know it feels good!
