Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
After being realy careful for last week my numbers have all been below 14,today i have a sausage roll and a scoop of ice cream i just tested and im 18.3.

Dare I ask why you have ice cream with a sausage roll.:D
However sausage roll - pastry
ice-cream - sugar - not surprised really

Try not to let the odd poor result get you down Carole, we all get them from time to time, just try and learn something from it and move on. How long after eating did you test, and do you know what you were at before eating? It may be a sign that you have got the start of a cold or something. Hope you get back on track tomorrow.
 
ice cream had at lunch time,sausage roll i had at 8 this evening,i even walked round town for an hour after lunch.

it was the fats in the ice cream and sausauge roll delaying the rise ....never mind tomoroows another day 🙂:(🙂
 
We all get blips sometimes. Enjoy your treat, we all need them sometimes.
