Hi All, I've got GOOD NEWS and am so excited that I wanted to share it with all of you as you have been so important in keeping me on track in my first three months of D club membership. Had the result of this week's HbA1C test today: 52! Hmm, not great, you may think, but it was 132 in June so I'm really chuffed. Weight down 12kg since June too and now "barely" overweight - low carb advice and food ideas from you all are doing the trick! A "virtual" group hug is in order. Thank you.

Brilliant results.well done

Well done!! that is a marked improvement and 52 is not bad at all. Will have to follow your example and loose more weight. I think the more you lose the better I will feel and happiness breeds happiness and energy and that is a good combination for life !!!

Look mate - however much people suggest things and tell you 'this worked for me' - never forget that YOU are the one that has to apply it to yourself - so it you that deserves the congratulations cos those results are BRILLIANT !
