LABOUR leader Johann Lamont has accused Alex Salmond of ?failing to deliver? on the NHS for the people of Scotland.
She used the first First Minister?s Questions of 2013 to claim the NHS had been starved of funding during previous health secretary Nicola Sturgeon?s time in office.
She said the NHS was under ?phenomenal pressure? as she accused Mr Salmond of a ?denial of his responsibility? over services such as the children?s ward at St John?s Hospital in Livingston and Borders General Hospital, which she claimed had been ?put at risk?.
