hi everyone *waves*

not been here for AGES...... hope you still remember me.

no excuses..... although life sort of got in the way..... illness got in the way..... family problems got in the way :(

.... and if I had stuck with you guys I would probably have got the information/solution to one of my 'illnesses' much quicker than going through the NHS. I'll explain when I find an appropriate section to put it in.

in the meantime I'll try to get back in the saddle and work my way around the site 😉
