Would love to hear some ideas for snacks! I LOVE crisps, but am doing all I can to avoid them as a snack now, I still have the odd packet at lunch time when I'm injecting anyway but am looking for ideas for snacks that don't require an injection!

I'm not a fruit lover (irrational phobia of anything with seeds, I know, crazy!)

So good people, what do you all snack on??? (I'm sure someone will post a link to this question already being asked, but I did try a search first honest 🙂)

Sorry I can't help as I don't snack.

Hi Dan, I eat tins ,packets, fresh SEAFOOD. No carbs & love the taste. I also eat packets of salid leaves from supermarket. I grow my own tomatoes but are ---- this year. Good luck finding what u want 🙂

Hi Dan

I'm type 2 so snack a little differently I suppose, but I take to work those Graze punnets - you can choose which ones you want so that you only get the ones you like or suit you. They send them through the post in packs of 4 punnets for about ?3.50. Delicious

Small packs of celery or carrot sticks do me well

Mmm celery dipped in mayo lol

Yuuuuurgh! Mayo! 😱 😱 I used to hate it when I bought shop-made sandwiches and they almost all had mayo on them, so little choice without. Celery in mayo is my food hell (salad cream slightly worse). I'm not really a fussy eater but those things and radishes, yuck! Oh, and beetroot as well...

Sugar free jelly and double cream, soya pieces, nuts, salad, veggie sausage or burger and cheese.

I am a vegetarian but if you're not you can have meat snacks too.

I wish I could be this good!

Not a huge fish fan either but I can see some potential here, maybe! Prawns and the like I'm quite keen on, so there's a possible!

I like the look of some of the cracker ones but probably too high in carbs!

I guess the trusty carrot stick is always a good one!

Celery, eeeeewwwwww! Cough, choke, gag 😱

I am a big fan of nuts, although they are high calorie.

I do like a nice packet of KP (not keen on other brands!) but as you say high in calories, and we tend to buy big bags and it's so difficult to close the bag once opened!!

I like the idea of sugar free jelly, just have to hide it from the kids!!

Thanks for your suggestions folks, keep em coming!

Lol It's nothing to do with being good, I'm just never hungry. :D

Enjoy all the snack ideas 🙂
