Can anyone recommend healthy snacks to have, especially when I have the munchies at work, The Nurse said oranges, which I like, but any savoury suggestions?🙂

Veg, veg and more veg! 🙂 probably...

Oranges still have a reasonable amount of fructose which is a carbohydrate. Ultimately a BG meter will tell you how you respond to eating one.

You could do nuts, but as they are packed with calories - they are not helpful if you are trying to loose weight.

Maybe some carrot sticks or small sticks/ pieces of raw courgette or celery in a tupperware box, nibble on them at leisure 🙂

Hi thanks for the advice, I do like nuts, but I take on board what you are saying, also like the veg idea?. I love chilli sauce particularly a West indian hot pepper sauce, would that have loads of calories in that. I only eat it in very small quantities since it is so hot.
