As I've not been able to eat since Friday lunch, I've been on smoothies.
This one I created was gorgeous & not hard to do (plus I'm now anti banana's from the amount I've been having in smoothies)
12 strawberries
Handful of raspberries
6 chunks of tinned pineapple
1 activia pineapple & coconut yoghurt
And a splash of orange juice to loosen it up
And blitz til it's at the consistency you want.
The fruit spike was a pain but I kept pretty good bs levels
